Q. Nuokka fees and pricing

Customer accounts

Nuokka accounts for browsing and purchasing are completely free.

Merchant accounts

Nuokka charges merchants a flat 5% fee per transaction. There are no additional onboarding fees, listing fees, or hidden costs charged by Nuokka.

In addition to the Nuokka charge, merchants will also be charged the standard Stripe fees for payments, which are currently:

• 1.75% + A$0.30 for domestic cards
• 2.9% + A$0.30 for International cards

Please be aware that Nuokka reserve the right to adjust pricing with due notification, and to add additional services that may incur a charge throughout the lifetime of your account. For more on this, please always refer to our terms of service.
